Great post Danushka. Indeed I felt I need to go and see this place. Can’t believe I’ve gone to Sigiriya so many times but never even considered Pidurangala before. Great pictures too.

Very interesting.

Something I noted – “happy and childlike people” – hilarious. Well our grand parents lived in this era and I’m sure there was nothing childlike about their adult selves :) Interesting how the western world wanted to portray us and ultimately make money out of it too.
